The effect is somewhat subtle! I ordered two bottles for myself and my husband. After two months, I felt no changes (I'm 30), so I gave my second bottle to him. At 43, he reported significant relief from a long-standing shoulder injury which used to trouble him post-exercise. He's had tingling and numbness after tendon surgery, but now there is no discomfort after two months of using the collagen. He also notes that his nails grow faster!

Works remarkably well! I ordered three packs - one for myself, my mother, and my mother-in-law. I suffer from knee pain, while my mother occasionally has shoulder issues.
